General Use

1. I reserve the right to refuse any graphic sale for any reason I see fit. This is not a religious or political prejudice.
2. You must have a family-friendly site. If my children can't visit there than neither can my graphics.
3. A matching logo or text link must be provided on each and every page my graphics are used on, other than
premade adoptions which will have your site name on it instead. Copyright to my graphics once purchased,
still belongs to ME.
4. My graphics must not be altered and/or abused in any way.
5. My graphics are not to be offered, sold, or used in a collection. They are not to be shared, passed around in e-groups, used in emails (unless all 3 scripts in Term #9 are included in the html of your email) or claimed to be your own. They are not to be used in msn groups or any other groups similar to those.
6. I accept payment through paypal and/or money orders but prefer paypal.
7. The sale of all graphics are final. All purchased graphics are ©Whimsy Attic.
8. Once you order a premade adoption graphic, I will remove it from this site so that your
graphic is unique to you, and you only.
9. ALL webpages that my graphics are used on MUST have the No-right-click script and also the two short scripts below used to protect the graphics:
IE Disable Toolbar script:<meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no">
No Drag Script: <span oncontextmenu="return false;" ondragstart="return false" ;>
(For premades, if the graphic is inside a password protected area then those scripts aren't required.
Let me know if you need help with either of these.
10. Number 9 does NOT apply if you have a PW protected area in your adoption shoppe where your members can right-click and save on their own, BUT!! I must have the password to get in to that area!
11. Any bashing of my websites or sharing of login/passwords will result in removal of your membership without notice.
12. Once you have joined and logged in, there will be NO refunds!
13. These Terms of Use may be changed at any given time, if/when I see it necessary!

My Tubes (All Users)
You May: Mirror and Flip Images. You may also Rotate as long as it is in increments of 90 degrees ONLY!!! (90, 180, 270, or 360). I do not consider these, altering the images. Anything else is unacceptable.
You May NOT: Recolor, Cut (see * below), or change the graphic in any way, other than layering other images to make great graphics!
*You are free to place a frame over an image and cut off edges that show through. That is the ONLY cutting I will allow.
*I retain copyright of all the original line art and tubes available here. You may sell the items you create from using my line art and tubes, but the original images are still copyrighted to me.
*You may not share these images with anyone else.
*You may NOT pass line art or tubes around forums, newsgroups, message boards or through email groups.
*You may NOT use my original line art or tube images to put on CD's or distribute/resell them in any shape or form. You may NOT claim them as your own.
*You MAY use the line art and tubes to decorate your own personal websites, make signature tags, gifts for friends and adoptables or linkware as long as one of my logos is used on your site and linked back to Whimsy Attic.
*You may also make items such as sig tags and adoptables and resell them as long as one of my logos is used on your site (same page as lines or tubes) and linked back to Whimsy Attic.
*One of my logos MUST be used anytime you have used any of my line art or tubes on your site, whether it be for personal use or for resell. You may put them on a Links/Credits page.
*I reserve the right to change and/or add to these Terms of Use any time I see the need and without any prior notice. Please read them regularly.
*You may not make blank sig tags, adoptions, or any other sort of graphic to be shared with anyone else. This includes those who are "hiring" help to add names/text to siggie tags, etc. (updated 11/07/07)
*You may not offer blank sig tags, adoptions, calling cards or any other blank graphic in a members' area where your members are free to add their own names/text. Who knows what all they will do with it. (updated 11/07/07)
*Please DO NOT add copyright symbols or your initials on top of the tubes when creating sig tags and other graphics. Instead, please use another symbol (heart, flower, etc.) and your initials and place it underneath or at the side of the tag... NOT on top of the tag itself. It appears as if you are claiming copyright to the tube images used to make that tag. (updated 11/09/07)

My Line Art (All Users)
*I retain copyright of all the original line art and tubes available here. Once downloaded, you are free to use them in any way you wish. You may color them in as you like and even sell the items you create from using my line art and tubes, but the original images are still copyrighted to me. You are free to change the size/shape of the line art graphic.
*You may not share these images with anyone else.
*You may NOT pass line art or tubes around forums, newsgroups, message boards or through email groups.
